He is a past Exploration Manager of NZOG, former Chief Executive of Austral-Pacific Energy Ltd., a past director of Rift Oil plc, Trans-Orient Petroleum Ltd and TAG Oil Ltd; all public listed companies

Mick Small is an Australian based geophysicist with over 40 years’ experience managing exploration projects worldwide. An independent consultant, Operations Manager for Goshawk Energy Ltd., and has executed helium & hydrogen exploration in EP 127 NT for GLV pioneering new techniques in Australia.

Hamish Gordon is a New Zealand based consultant geophysicist with 20 year's experience in a range of roles in operating E&P companies in New Zealand. He has demonstrated ability in running exploration programmes in small companies as well as the technical skills in well design and drilling operations, and seismic survey planning and acquisition. Demonstrated skills in seismic interpretation, prospect and lead generation.
